Liviatan Technology Solutions (“Liviatan”, “we”) respects the privacy of visitors to liviatan.co.il (the “Site”). This policy explains what information is collected on the Site, why it is used, with whom it may be shared, and what rights you have regarding it.

This policy was written in accordance with the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741 1981, and the regulations enacted under it. By using the Site and submitting details through it, you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you fill in the contact form, we receive the details you enter: full name, phone number, organization, email address, area of interest and your message. Name and phone are required so we can get back to you. All other details are optional.

Other channels. When you contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email, we receive the details you share in that conversation, along with the phone number or email address you contacted us from.

Technical information. While you browse, basic technical information is collected automatically, such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visited and the time of your visit. It is used to operate and secure the Site and to prevent misuse.

How we use information

  • To get back to you, understand your needs and prepare a quote.
  • To manage our business relationship and provide service after an engagement.
  • To operate and secure the Site and improve the browsing experience.
  • To comply with legal requirements and protect our rights.

We will not send you marketing messages without your explicit consent, and you can ask us to stop at any time.

Cookies and tools on the Site

Cookies are small text files that your browser stores on your device. The Site uses cookies that are needed for it to work, for example to remember your choice in the cookie notice and your settings in the accessibility tool.

The Site runs through Cloudflare for security and performance, and this service may collect general, statistical browsing data. As of the date of this policy, the Site does not use advertising cookies or marketing tracking tools. If we add such tools in the future, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where required.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may affect some features of the Site.

Sharing information

We do not sell or rent personal information. Information may only be shared in the following cases:

  • With service providers that work for us, such as website hosting, email and security services, only to the extent needed to provide their service.
  • When you choose to contact us on WhatsApp, the conversation takes place on a Meta service and is subject to its terms and privacy policy.
  • When required by law, a court order or a competent authority.

Some service providers operate outside Israel, so information may be stored on servers abroad, subject to applicable law.

Security and retention

We take reasonable, accepted measures to protect information, including a secure connection (HTTPS) and limiting access to those who need it. No method guarantees complete protection, so we cannot promise absolute security.

We keep information for as long as it is needed for the purposes for which it was collected, to manage our business relationship and to meet our legal obligations.

Your rights

Under the Protection of Privacy Law, you may review the information we hold about you, ask us to correct information that is wrong, incomplete or out of date, and ask us to delete information we no longer need to keep. You can also ask at any time to be removed from our marketing list.

Minors

The Site is intended for organizations, medical institutions and professionals, and is not intended for minors. We do not knowingly collect information about minors.
